【摘要】 教师教育的连续性和阶段性特点需要教师职前培训、入职教育、职后提高一体化。而在我国 ,现有师范教育中职前培养和在职培训相分离的情况仍然存在。新教师入职培训制度的建立不仅在职前培养和职后培训之间形成了一个过渡阶段 ,而且有利于教师的专业成长与发展。本文拟从我国教师教育中实行这种培训制度的必要性、具体实施以及积极意义等方面加以阐述 ,希望我们真正重视新教师的入职培训 ,并把它看做是教师专业成长的一个重要的、不可或缺的阶段 ,逐步加以规范化和制度化更多还原

【Abstract】 The traits of continuity and phase in teacher education need coherence.However,the separation between prevocational training and in service profession training still exists in pedagogical education.The new teachers induction system will contribute to the growth and development of teachers vacation.Now,I will expound my ideas from these aspects:the necessity,specific implement and the significance of the induction system.I hope we should attach importance to the new teachers induction and look on it as an important and essential stage in the delopment of teaching profession.We also should standardize it step by step.更多还原
