【Abstract】 A policy maker of urban power network planning will often face a complicated system composed of interactive parts.The policy making of which is basically a target policy making.The key to that is how can one make a better solution among so many good ones.Therefore fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers is introduced in this paper and its application process in the comprehensive judgment of power network planning in a community as well.A new methodology is proposed here for the comprehensive judgment of policy making for urban power network.更多还原
