三维外肋管的自然对流换热特性的实验研究
Experiment Research on Heat Transfer of External Three-dimensional Finned Tube in Free Convection
【摘要】 对由重庆大学研制开发的新型三维外肋管的自然对流换热特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在Ra=2000~10000范围内,自然对流换热条件下三维外肋管试件1、试件2的换热系数分别是光管的1.3~1.6倍和1.5~2倍。对实验数据进行逐步回归,得出了实验条件下自然对流换热准则关系式,并对肋几何参数对换热的影响进行了分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the heat transfer of new external three-dimensional finned tube in free convection developed by the Chongqing University of China is investigated by experiment of two different objects. The experiment results of these two objects show, that the rates of heat transfer are decreased to 1.3~1.6 and to 1.5~2.0 respectively, compared to the bare tubes in the range of Rayleigh number Ra=2 000-10 000. The heat transfer and Rayleigh number correlations are obtained through step by step regression and then, the influence of geometric parameters of fins on the characteristics of heat transfer is analyzed.
