【摘要】 目的:明确中风恢复期、后遗症期的时间范围,探索其CT影像规律,并试对其康复前景作出评价,以指导临床治疗。方法:临床确诊中风病患者130例,在恢复期及后遗症期行CT扫描,研究其CT影像变化规律,结合其临床症状及体征,对远期康复作出评价。结果:中风恢复期以水肿消退、病变逐渐吸收为主要病理过程,CT表现主要为病灶的吸收、缩小,CT值的较快降低,脑室或中线结构的受压、移位情况恢复;中风后遗症期CT表现主要以病灶的软化、囊变、穿通畸形、脑萎缩为主,后遗症期病灶变化不大。结论:中风恢复期CT表现为病灶的恢复过程,是中风病患者远期良好恢复的关键时期,应在此期尽早开始功能锻炼;中风后遗症期CT表现为病灶稳定,此期的功能锻炼需持久系统进行,对远期恢复有一定帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make clear time scope of the stages of stroke recovery and sequelae and investigate CT images of their regularity and to appraise rehabilitation outlook in order to guide the clinical treatment and adopt effectual rehabilitation measure. Methods: 130 cases of stroke with the clinical final diagnosis at the stages of recovery and sequelae were scanned by CT. We also study their CT images regularity and appraise their long-term rehabilitation effect with integrating their clinical symptoms and physical signs. Results: The main pathology procedure at the stage of stroke recovery was edema extinction and lesion absorbing gradually, so its CT manifestation was that lesion was absorbed and contracted; CT value cut down rapidly and compression and transposition of cerebral ventricle or central construction were recovered. The main CT performance at the stage of stroke sequelae are malacia and sacing of lesion and canalization lopsided and cerebral atrophy. There were no changes in lesion at this stage. Conclusions: Stage of stroke recovery is a recovery procedure of lesion in CT images. It is the key period of better long-term recovery of stroke patients. Functional exercise should be done early in this period. Lesion stabilizing is shown in CT images at the stage of stroke sequlae. Functional exercise should be done incessancy and by the numbers in this period and there is some help to the recovery of the patients.更多还原
