St-MA-AA三元共聚物型水处理剂的合成
Synthesis of water treatment agent of St-MA-AA ter-copolymer
【摘要】 实验合成了苯乙烯(St)-马来酸酐(MA)-丙烯酸(AA)三元共聚物型水处理剂.根据静态阻垢原理,通过三元共聚物对CaCO3阻垢能力的测定,讨沦了共聚物水处理剂对Ca2+等金属离子的阻垢机理以及合成工艺对阻垢率A%的影响因素,设计确定合成St—MA—AA共聚物的聚合条件.
【Abstract】 The water treatment agent of St-MA-AA ter-copolymer is experimentally synthesized. The optimum conditions of the synthesis are determined, and the scale inhibiting performance of the ter-copolymer to CaCO3 is studied. Based on the static scale inhibiting theory, the scale inhibiting mechanism of the ter-copolymer to Ca2+ metal-ion and the factors influencing the inhibiting scale ratios such as molecular weight of the ter-copolymer, the quantity of the doses and the PH value etc. are discussed.
