【摘要】 目的:探讨输卵管妊娠开窗术后输卵管通畅及受孕情况,以指导输卵管妊娠的临床治疗。方法:选择18例单侧输卵管妊娠未破裂者行保守性手术(输卵管开窗术)为观察组,分别于术后1、3、6、12个月进行超声晶氧输卵管通液试验;选择21例单侧输卵管妊娠行单侧输卵管切除术者为对照组。定期随访5年,回顾性分析其再次输卵管妊娠及受孕情况。结果:观察组术后2年总受孕分娩率为72.2％(13/18),术后5年总受孕分娩率为88.9％(16/18),复发性异位妊娠率为11.2％(2/18);对照组术后2年总受孕分娩率为42.8％(9/21),术后5年总受孕分娩率为52.4％(11/21),复发性异位妊娠率为14.3％(3/21)。观察组术后2年和5年总受孕分娩率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:选择性输卵管妊娠开窗术后定期通液治疗不降低受孕率,术后1年为最佳受孕期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study intrauterine pregnancy rate after linear salpingostomy for ectopic pregnancies, and indicate clinic treatment. Methods; 39 cases of ectopic pregnancies, and 18 cases treated with’PPO after 1 months,3months,6months and 1 year was selected, respectively; The pregnancy rate was reviewed, for five years. Results: Pregnancy rate of study group was 72. 2% ( 13/18) after operation 2 years and 88. 9% ( 16/18) after 5 years. Recuring ectopic pregnancy rate was11. 2% (2/18); It was 42. 8% (9/21) ,52. 4% (11/21)and 14.3% (3/21) in control group, respectively. Thepregnancy rate in study group was significantly higher thanthat in control group after operation 2 and 5 years, P <0.05. Conclusion: Selected ectopic pregnancy linear salpingostomy didn’t decrease intrauterine pregnancy rate. It was the best chance for becoming pregnant after operation 1 year.更多还原
