【摘要】 目的:探讨男性绝育术后阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的病因和治疗方法。方法:对在我院就诊的48例男性绝育术后 ED 病例采用国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)进行筛查,同时进行内分泌、空腹血糖及阴茎彩色多普勒检查,确诊后给予心理治疗,配合药物、物理及手术治疗。结果:轻度 ED 23例,中度 ED 22例。完全性 ED 3例;全部病例内分泌、血糖、彩色多普勒检查结果均正常,经治疗后痊愈17例,好转28例。结论:输精管结扎术后男性勃起功能障碍多数与心理素质有关,部分患者存在性格缺陷。治疗方面应重视心理因素,重视术前咨询,预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the pathogeny and trearment methods of men with erectile dysfunction after vasectomy.Methods:48 patients in our hospital were chosen with International Index of Erectile Function-5 [IIEF-5],and tested with incretion,blood sugar of limosis,penis colour Doppler ultrasonography.They were treated with the psychology treatment,medication,physics treatment and operation after they had been diagnosed.Results:There were 23 cases with the light of ED,22 cases with the mild of ED and 3 cases with the severity of ED.All cases were normal in incretion,blood sugar of limosis,penis colour Doppler ultra- sonography.The results of treatment were 17 cases completed a validated sexual function and 28 cases were modified,Conclusion:Erectile dysfunction after vasectomy related to psychology,the portion of them being character disfigurement.The treatment must be attach importance to the psychology factor,the consultation before operation and preventing postoperative complication.更多还原
