超硬磨料砂轮修整技术的新发展
New development of super-hard grit grinding wheel dressing technology
【摘要】 硬脆材料精密超精密磨削加工的质量水平主要取决于砂轮的修整效果,本文论述了超硬磨料砂轮近年来新发展的激光修整、超声振动修整、电火花修整和在线电解修整技术等的修整原理、特点及效果,并且介绍了新发展的在线修整与检测技术的发展.
【Abstract】 The quality level of hard and brittle materials precise and ultra?precise grinding working is depended on the dressing effect of grinding wheel.Some technologies of the new development of ultra?hard grit wheel in recent years are stated with dressing mechanism,characteristics and effect,which include laser assisted dressing,ultrasonic vibration dressing,electric spark dressing and electrolyte in process dressing.And the update technology of in?process dressing and detection is also stated.
