激光切缝金刚石圆锯片的降噪机理研究
RESEARCH ON THE MECHANISM OF NOISE REDUCING OF LASER-SLOTTED DIAMOND CIRCULAR SAW BLADE
【摘要】 金刚石圆锯片切割石材过程中产生很大噪声。本文用CAD软件设计了不同细缝形状的锯片基体 ,用有限元软件ANSYS分析了锯片基体的模态 ,并结合噪声测试试验分析了激光切缝金刚石圆锯片的降噪机理。
【Abstract】 Much noise is generated when cutting stone with diamond circular saw blade. By means of laser slotting and AutoCAD, noise-damping diamond saw blades were designed in this paper. Vibration modes of the saw blades were analysed by ANSYS. Based on the noise test while cutting, theory of noise reducing of such slotted saw blades was analysed.
