粉末冶金材料激光焊接的气孔现象研究
Investigation of the porosity defect phenomenon during laser welding of powder metal material
【摘要】 焊接气孔是粉末冶金材料激光焊接的主要缺陷。简要分析了粉末冶金材料激光焊接中气孔的产生机理 ,着重研究了焊接速度与活性气体对气孔形成的影响关系。结果表明 ,在一定的激光功率下 ,提高焊接速度可减少金属蒸气的形成 ,从而降低气孔数 ;通过混合N2 ,O2 作活性气体可改善熔化金属流动 ,防止气孔产生
【Abstract】 Welding porosity is the main defect during laser welding. In this paper we briefly analyze the mechanism of engendering pores in powder metal material(PM),and study the influence of welding speed and active gas for welding porosity defect. We find that the pore number will be reduced through depressing metallic vapour if welding speed is increased with constant laser power. Using N 2,O 2 as active gas,the fluidity of the melting metal can be improved,so blowholes may be avoided.
