双振镜扫描几何失真的硬件校正
Hardware correction for distortion of dual galvanometer scanning
【摘要】 通过分析双振镜 2维扫描光学系统的成像原理 ,导出此扫描系统几何失真公式。根据失真公式设计电子线路 ,对失真进行校正 ,从而获得校正后的完善图形。这一校正技术在激光标记系统中得到应用。
【Abstract】 Though analyzing the imaging theory of dual galvanometer scanning system,the distortion formula of the scanning system were educed.Based on the formula,one circuit was designed to correct the distortion and perfect pictures were achieved. This correcting technology has been used in laser marking systems.
