粉末冶金材料激光深熔焊接工艺研究
Study on technology of laser welding of powder materials
【摘要】 用LSM 2 40全自动SLAB激光焊接机对Fe基、Ni基、Co基 3种粉末材料进行焊接实验。研究了焦点位置、焊接速度、焊接线能量对粉末材料激光焊接焊缝质量的影响。结果表明 ,Ni对离焦量最敏感。并得到了焊接熔深H与输入线能量W的数学表达式。
【Abstract】 LSM240 fully automatic SLAB laser welding machine is used to weld Fe-based,Ni-based,Co-based powder materials in order to study the important factors for welding quality,i.e.the defocus,welding speed and specific energy.Results show that Ni is the most sensitive to the defocus.The formula of the relation of penetration H and specific energy input W is gotten.
