航空铝合金材料激光冲击强化实验研究
Experimental research of laser shock processing on aerial aluminum alloy
【摘要】 用自行研制的激光冲击强化处理装置对 70 5 0航空铝合金两种状态的材料T745 1,T745 2进行了冲击强化试验 ,对试件进行了表面压应力测试和结构分析 ,结果显示 ,试件表面具有较大的残余压应力 ,材料内部有较高的位错密度。并进行了疲劳强度测试 ,测试结果的S N曲线表明 ,在中等的加载强度下 ,试件的疲劳强度提高到 2倍以上。
【Abstract】 After strengthening two states of 7050,one kind of aerial aluminum alloy,T7451 and T7452 with laser shock processing device developed by ourselves,the alloys’ surface stress and structure are measured.Test results show that there is large residual compressive stress on the surface and internal dislocation density.However S-N curve in fatigue test shows that the fatigue strength in increased more than two times under the condition of moderate load strengthening.
