【Abstract】 The title complex was synthesized by the reaction of taurine salicylic Schiff base (TSSB), 2,2- bipyridine (Bipy) and nickel acetate in water-ethanol and its single-crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with the following unite cell parameters: a = 16.406(2),b = 15.409(2),c = 9.2521(14) ? β= 90.373, Mr = 532.21, V = 2338.9(6) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.511 g/cm3, = 0.973 mm-1 and F(000) = 1112. The compound is a two- dimensional plane, infinitely expanding with hydrogen bonds. The Ni (Ⅱ) was coordinated by three nitrogen and three oxygen atoms excluding those in the Ac- groups to form a distorted octahedron. The coordination capacity of Ni (Ⅱ) was also discussed.更多还原
