基于SLM的三维图像激光光刻系统的研制
Fabrication of 3D Image Laser Printing System with SLM
【摘要】 文中提出采用空间光调制器进行子图输入、用激光干涉成像光学头产生干涉条纹的方法来实现3D图像或光学可变图像的制作,研制了大幅面3D图像激光光刻系统,光变图像分辨率可达5080dpi,平均运行效率达8000dots/s(1270pdpi)以上。给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 A novel digital 3D Image laser printing system with high resolution has been designed and proposed.The spatial light modulator (SLM)is used as the subimage input device.The grating fringes of on the subimages are generated with a interference imaging optical head.This 3D image printing system can be run in very high efficient mode,and also be used for 2D/3D,3D and OVD(optical variable device).The results are given.
