用近红外光谱法测量分析全血的血糖浓度

【摘要】 文中利用透射实验测量了全血的近红外光谱,用偏最小二乘法(PartialLeastSquare,简写为PLS)选择包含有葡萄糖特征峰的谱段,建立了回归模型,得到了葡萄糖浓度的拟合曲线,分析拟合曲线与真值的关系,相关系数达到0.9999,误差小于0.13mmol/l。实验结果表明:用近红外光谱的方法可以实现全血血糖浓度的测量。

【Abstract】 Nearinfrared spectrum of whole blood is measured by nearinfrared spectrum transmission experiment. Consequently the calibrating model is set up within the spectrum band where the characteristic peak of glucose is found by the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. And then the curve of glucose concentration is obtained. According to the relation between the simulating curve and the real value, it is achieved correlation coefficient up to 0.9999 and error less than 0.13mmol/l. The result shows that nearinfrared technology is effective way to measure the concentration of blood glucose.
