微带线中光敏带隙的电磁模型
Fully Electromagnetic Modeling of Optically Sensitive Gap in Microstrip Lines
【摘要】 微带线中的光敏带隙常被用于光控微波开关和皮秒光电测试系统中。文中描述了微带线中的光敏带隙的动态特性。在充分考虑波导中的表面电流和光受激域中体电流的相互耦合作用后,给出了完整的波导理论模型。文中讨论了激励光功率、受激载流子扩散、光辐射、表面波和不连续区的边缘效应等因素对微带线中微波传输的影响。
【Abstract】 The paper describes the dynamic behaviors of the optically sensitive gap in a microstrip line, The presented full reasonably considers the coupling of the surface currents over the strips and the volume currents in the excited region. The possible physical effects on microwave signal propagation in the microstrip line are investigated, among which are injected optical power level, excess carrier diffusion, radiation, surface waves and the fringing fields at the discontinuities.
