低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光器的输出特性研究
Performance of Nd:YVO4 Laser with Lower Nd3+ Dopped Concentration
【摘要】 在对Nd:YVO4晶体的掺杂浓度和晶体长度对激光器性能的影响进行了分析后,报道了利用掺杂浓度为0.3at%,通光长度为10mm的Nd:YVO4晶体作为增益介质,带光纤耦合的激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YVO4激光器。在抽运功率为27.365W时,获得了14.85W的TEM00模输出,光一光转换效率为60.49%,斜效率达64.5%。
【Abstract】 The effect of dopped concentration and crystal length on the performance of Nd:YVO4 was analysized firstly,then a fiber-coupled diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser with a Nd:YVO4 crystal of 0.3at% dopped concentration and 10mm length was reported in this paper. 14. 85W of CW TEM00 mode output was obtained at a pump power of 27. 365W, resulting in an optical conversion efficiency of 60.49% ,and a slope efficiency of 64.5%.
