H13钢激光堆焊与氩弧焊的组织和性能对比研究
Comparison of Microstructure and Property of Laser Building-up Layer with Argon Arc Melting Cladding
【摘要】 研究了激光堆焊层的组织和性能,通过对激光堆焊、氩弧焊的组织对比分析,表明激光堆焊可以得到晶粒细小、稀释率低、热影响区窄的堆焊层,显微硬度提高1.5倍;但激光堆焊开裂倾向增大。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and property of laser bilding-up layer are studied by comparison with laser building-up and argon arc melting cladding. It shows that the laser building-up can obtain bonded layer of minute grain, lower dilution and narrow heat affect zone. The hardness is increased by 150%, but the crack trend of laser building-up layer increases.
