【摘要】 探讨美多丽在老年性白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中的散瞳效果。 110例患者分为 2组 :美多丽使用 2次组和 3次组。分别于散瞳前和散瞳后 2 0min观察记录瞳孔直径大小 ,人工晶体植入后前房注入卡巴胆碱注射液0 .3ml,观察记录瞳孔直径缩小的时间 ,并进行统计学比较。结果表明 :93.3%患者使用美多丽散瞳 ,2次已能满足临床需要。认为美多丽在老年性白内障的术前散瞳 ,2次应列为常规方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Mydrin p for mydriasis in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implant.Methods 110 consecutive senile cataract cases were divided two groups :two times group and tree times group. Before and 20 minutes after pupil dilation,the diameters of pupil were recorded. After implanting the IOL,carbachol was injected and the pupil reaction and diameter were recorded.Results 93.0% cases of the two times group had good effect.Conclusion Two times dropping eye by Mydrin p before phacoemulsification can satisfy the clinical need.更多还原
