【Abstract】 This paper presents a new approach to check the errors of STL format entities. Under both side lighting condition, by applying different materials to the front and back side of triangular facets, the 3D model with STL format can be displayed realistically, and so they can rapidly determine whether the model need to be repaired or recreated. The design and implement of a STL format model error check system is presented in detail. Examples show the validity and effectiveness of the approach.更多还原
