杠杆齿轮式测微仪游丝位置设计优化

【摘要】 对杠杆齿轮传动式机械测微仪几种游丝的安装位置及扭矩方向开展比较、分析和研究,提出了采用在杠杆轴和指针轴两处布置具有同向扭矩游丝的优化方案,这样布置可有效地减小制造误差和使用误差对测量精度的影响.推荐的游丝位置设计优化方案也适用于其它类同的机械测微仪.

【Abstract】 The authors of this article make comparison, analysis and research on several installed positions and different torque directions of hairsprings in lever-gear type micrometers, and put forward that adopting the optimal scheme, i.e. arranging hairsprings with the same direction torque at both the lever shaft and dial shaft, will decrease effectively the effect of the manufacturing error and usage error on the measurement accuracy. The recommended optimal scheme of the position design for hairsprings in the lever-gear type micrometers also is suitable to other similar mechanical micrometers.
