基于小波变换的微机保护组合数字滤波器

【摘要】 数字滤波器与算法是电力系统微机保护中故障选相与故障判别的基础。本文提出的基于二进小波变换的组合滤波器,既充分利用了小波变换的优点,又克服了某些传统滤波器的缺点,因而在电力系统微机保护中,是一种行之有效的方法。该方法减弱了某些传统滤波器的干扰成分,保持了其有效分量,这对于提高电力系统微机保护的可靠性具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Digital filters and algorithms are the foundations to distinguish failure and choose fault phase in microcomputer protection in power systems. In this paper, digital filters, which are presented based on wavelet transforms, not only make full use of the merits of wavelet transforms but also get rid of some traditional filters’ disadvantages, thus they are very effective in microcomputer protection in power systems. The methods weaken some traditional filters’ disturbing parts while retaining their effectual ones. It is of importance to improve reliability level of microcomputer protection in power systems.
