【Abstract】 This paper introduces a novel Computer Multimedia Substation Training and Simulating system which is designed with the technology of ActiveX and 3Dmax.The system is specially designed and its simulating environment is quite alive.The operators of a substation could be trained with how to operate and how to deal with accident by the system.
