【摘要】 介绍了一种具有软启动功能的新型开关 ,它由一组反并联可控硅和普通开关组成 ,实现开关的无弧开断。系统主要由单片机、信号变送器、同步电路、脉冲放大电路组成。系统程序具有电量检测、故障识别及保护、报警等功能 ,可以进行启动电压、启动电流、启动时间的设定。该系统解决了电动机启动中电流过大的问题 ,并且实现电动机的过压、过流、欠压等各种故障的数字显示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents a new switch with soft starting,which consists of a group of anti parallelly connected thyristors and common switch,and can open or close without arc.This system mainly contains a single chip,a signal converter,a synchronous circuit and a pulse magnifier circuit.The functions of the system software include electricity detection,error recognition and protection,alarming,etc.The system has the ability to set the start up voltage,start up current and start up time.The device can solve the problem of over current in electromotor start up process,and has the digital displaying of fault such as under voltage,over voltage and over current,etc.更多还原
