迭代学习法在机械压力机滑块位置控制中的应用
Application of Iterative Learning Method in the Slide Position Control of Mechanical Press
【摘要】 讨论了目前机械压力机滑块位置控制中普遍存在的问题 ,分析了迭代学习方法在压力机滑块位置控制中应用的可行性。建立了由电气比例阀、位移传感器、数据采集模块及计算机等组成的机械压力机智能控制系统。通过大量试验得到迭代学习因子的变化规律 ,从而采用变因子P型迭代学习控制。应用该方法后 ,滑块位置的控制精度得到提高 ,调整次数也大大降低 ,因此具有较大的应用推广价值。
【Abstract】 Common problems consisting in the slide position control in the current mechanical press are discussed, and the feasibility of using the iterative learning method is analyzed. A new intelligent control system primarily composed of electric proportional valve, displacement transducer, data acquisition and process module is constructed. P mode iterative learning control with variable learning factor is adopted in this paper. With this method, the control precision is improved, and the regulating times are greatly reduced. It is worth applying and popularizing.
