高精度光固化快速成形系统关键技术研究
Key Techniques of High Precision Stereolithography System
【摘要】 本文研究适用于成形小尺寸零件的高精度光固化成形系统的关键技术 ,光学系统中使用单模激光器、f-theta透镜及高精度扫描振镜 ,实现微小光斑和X -Y方向的精密扫描 ;采用约束液面式涂层工艺精密控制树脂涂层厚度 ,获得 0 .0 1~ 0 .0 2 mm的涂层。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces some key techniques in the high precision stereolithography(SL) system desingned for small objects.In order to obtain small laser spot and accuate scanning in X-Y directions,a single mode laser and a high resolution scanning system with f-theta objective are applied in the optical system .A constraint recoating system is designed to control the thickness of the polymer layer and a thin layer of 0.01~0.02mm is obtained
