变流量系数模型对先导式溢流阀静态仿真结果影响的研究
The Research on the Effect of Variable Discharge Coefficient Models on the Results of Steady - State Simulation of Pilot Relief Valve
【摘要】 本文建立了计算先导式溢流阀的先导锥阀口、主阀锥阀口和固定节流器的流量系数随雷诺数变化的函数模型,应用TK Solver软件对先导式溢流阀静态特性进行计算机仿真。与取最大流量系数的仿真结果相比提高了仿真精度。仿真结果表明:在100L/min工作流量范围,先导阀口始终处于层流状态;而主阀口由层流向紊流转变的临界流量为8.5L/min。研究结果将加深人们对溢流阀内部工况的了解,而且对溢流阀的设计和优化也具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 It establishes the models of discharge coefficient varying with Reynolds number of both variable and fixed orifices and steady - state characteristics of the pilot - relief valve are simulated by using TK Solver. It improves precision of simulation. The results of simulation show that the flow through the pilot poppet is always laminar and the critical flow from laminar to turbulent flow of the main poppet is 8.51/min. The research will help us understand the status of parameters. It is important to design and optimize the pilot relief valve.
