扁挤压筒接触应力和变形的分析
The Analysis on Contact Stress and Deformation of Flat Container
【摘要】 应用ANSYS接触单元法,分析了受预紧作用的三层套扁挤压筒接触应力和接触变形规律。结果指出沿接触面接触应力和变形分布的不均匀性,为扁挤压筒装配和结构优化提供了依据,其中接触单元法也为扁挤压筒预紧分析提供了一条可行的途径。
【Abstract】 Based on the contact element method of ANSYS finite element software, the regularity about contact stress and contact deformation of three - layer flat container subjected to the shrink fitting are analyzed. The results show that the nonuniformity occurs in the distribution of contact stress and deformation along contact surfaces. All that can give support to the design of shrink - fitting and structural optimization. Furthermore, it is useful to analyze the shrinking - fitting flat container.
