500轧机轧辊强度有限元分析

【摘要】 采用有限单元法对500轧机中间轧辊的应力进行了分析,得出了中间轧辊辊身疲劳安全系数。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the stress slate of the middle roller in the 500 rolling mill is analyzed by using FEM (finite element method) .The results show the safety fatigue factor of the middle roller.
