新型单片机数控装置的研制与开发
The Research and Development of a New Type of Chip Microcomputer - based NC Device
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新型单片机数控装置,它以两片16位单片机为硬件平台,采用闭环控制方式和智能控制算法,有效 地保证了数控系统较高的加工精度。该装置实现了面向G指令的加工方式,液晶显示屏和触摸式按键的应用,使人机交互更加 方便。文中阐述了该数控装置的软硬件设计及相关关键技术,并给出了其在CQ9107车床数控化改造中的应用实例。
【Abstract】 A new type of chip microcomputer - based NC device is introduced in this paper. It uses two 16 - bit chip microcomputers as hardware platform, and applies the closed- loop control technology and intelligent control algorithm. So it has effectively improved control precision. It can process parts according to the G instructions. In addition, touch depressed keys and liquid crystal display unit are used, which greatly improve the man - machine interactive. The design of hardware and software of the new NC device is presented in detail, and a example of reconstruction of control system in CQ9107 lathe is shown in the paper.
