【摘要】 为探讨己酮可可碱 (PTX)和前列腺素E1脂微球载体试剂 (LipoPGE1)对腹主动脉缺血 再灌注 (I R)损伤的保护作用 ,对大鼠行腹主动脉I R ,在阻断前、术中再灌注 1h、再灌注 4 8h采集假手术组、I R组、PTX治疗组、LipoPGE1治疗组、PTX和LipoPGE1联合治疗组静脉血 ,采用酶联免疫实验方法测定肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)、白细胞介素IL 1β、IL 8的含量。应用SAS8 1对实验数据进行双因素方差分析 ,两两比较用SNK q检验。结果显示PTX治疗组、Li poPGE1治疗组、联合治疗组可显著降低血浆TNF α、IL 1β、IL 8的含量 ,联合治疗组和PTX治疗组、LipoPGE1治疗组相比有显著性差异。提示PTX和LipoPGE1可降低促炎细胞因子 ,而联用PTX和LipoPGE1可取得更好的效果 ,减轻机体的炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the protective effect of PTX and LipoPGE1 in ischemia and reperfusion injury of abdominal aorta, rats were treated by ischemia and reperfusion(I/R) of aorta, peripheral blood was sampled from the rats of sham operation group(SO), I/R group, PTX group, LipoPGE1 group and PTX LipoPGE1 associated group before obstruction and after reperfusion. The level of TNF α?IL 1β and IL 8 was measured by ELISA. The results analyzed by SAS8.1 showed that as compared to I/R group, the level of cytokines in PTX group, LipoPGE1 group and PTX LipoPGE1 associated group significantly decreased and that as compared to PTX group and LipoPGE1 group, the level of cytokines in PTX LipoPGE1 associated group decreased significantly. It is concluded that PTX and LipoPGE1 could decrease the level of cytokines and simultaneous administration showed synergetic effect to relieve inflammantory reaction of the organization.更多还原
