麦芽酚可抑制活性氧引起的SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡
Maltol inhibit apoptosis of SH-SY5Y cell induced by reactive oxygen species
【摘要】 近年来研究表明 ,氧化应激在阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病发生发展中具有重要作用。本文研究了麦芽酚对过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )引起的人神经瘤细胞株 (SH SY5Y)凋亡时细胞形态、磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)外翻和DNA损伤的保护作用。结果发现麦芽酚浓度为 2mmol L ,作用 2h后 ,可以保护细胞免受H2 O2 引起的氧化损伤。实验结果表明麦芽酚可作为一种抗氧化剂 ,有效保护H2 O2 引起的SH SY5Y的凋亡。
【Abstract】 It has been recently indicated that oxidative stress has an important effect in neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimers disease. In our study, the protection of maltol on neuroblastoma cell(SH SY5Y)from oxidative stress induced by H 2O 2 was examined. Cell apoptosis characters, such as morphology changes, DNA fragmentation, MTT assay and PS were detected. Results from the experiments showed that 2mmol/L maltol can effectively protect the neuroblatoma cells from oxidative and apotosis damage induced by H 2O 2.
