八肽胆囊收缩素对大鼠滑膜细胞株RSC-364分泌IL-6的影响
Effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide on IL-6 secretion by rat synovial cell line
【摘要】 探讨八肽胆囊收缩素 (CCK 8)对大鼠滑膜细胞株RSC 36 4分泌IL 6的调控作用。应用ELISA法观察不同浓度梯度的CCK 8对在TNF α或IL 1β诱导下的RSC 36 4分泌IL 6水平的影响。结果显示 :10 -6mol/L、10 -8mol/L浓度的CCK 8可分别促进TNF α或IL 1β诱导 2 4h后RSC 36 4细胞株分泌IL 6 ,而应用CCK受体拮抗剂丙谷胺则可明显抑制这种刺激效应。提示CCK 8可调节滑膜细胞分泌IL 6 ,在类风湿性关节炎的发病机制中可能起潜在的调控作用。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide(CCK 8) on the secretion of IL 6. The rat fibroblast like synovial cell line RSC 364 was stimulated with TNF. IL 1 and IL 6 concentration was measured by ELISA. The results showed that: CCK 8, at concentrations of 10 -6 mol/L and 10 -8 mol/L, significantly enhanced the production of IL 6 by this cell line after 24 hours of induction. The stimulating effect was inhibited by CCK 8 antagonist proglumide. These results suggested that:CCK 8 could regulate the IL 6 secretion by synoviocytes and may play a role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
