大鼠颅脑损伤后心肌损害和血浆及心肌血管紧张素的变化
Myocardial damage, changes of plasma AⅡ as well as myocardial AⅡ and AT1 receptor after brain injury in rats
【摘要】 应用大鼠颅脑损伤模型 ,测定颅脑损伤后血浆AngⅡ水平 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测心肌组织AngⅡ和AT1受体的表达。同时测定血清肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶 (MBisoenzymeofcreatinekinase ,CK MB)的含量 ,并观察HE染色及超微结构的心肌病理形态学改变。表明大鼠颅脑损伤组血浆AngⅡ含量显著升高 ,心肌AngⅡ和AT1受体表达增加。与此同时血清CK MB含量亦显著升高 ,HE染色及超微结构的病理观察均见心肌病理损害。大鼠颅脑损伤可导致血浆AngⅡ ,心肌组织AngⅡ和AT1受体水平显著升高
【Abstract】 The changes of plasma, myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ and myocardial AT 1 receptor after brain injury in rat were studied. Brain injury was induced by weight drop technique. Plasma angiotensinⅡ level was determined with RIA. Myocardial angiotensinⅡand AT 1 receptor were detected by immunohistochemical method. Heart type creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK MB) was measured. The morphologic changes of myocardium were observed with light and electronic microscop. The results showed that plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and serum CK MB increased 24 hours after brain injury. AngiotensinⅡand AT 1 expression in myocardium also increased. Degeneration and necrosis of myocardium were found, including increase and swelling of mitochondria and disruption of cardiac muscle fiber. Our study that brain injury increased the levels of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ, myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ and AT 1 receptor expression in rats.
