【摘要】 本文综述了猪冷冻精液的国内外发展简史,对冷冻保存机理进行了简要阐述,并从冷冻保存稀释液、冷冻保护剂及其浓度、诱发结晶和解冻等方面阐述了影响猪冷冻精液的因素,指出了目前在猪精液冷冻理论和实践中的存在问题,并针对这些问题提出了一定的解决办法。更多还原
