【Abstract】 This paper provides a kind of modeling framework for virtual enterprise construction based on a navigation model. It is used to ensure the integration and consistency correlation for the decision model in the virtual enterprise construction. A double-cube matrix forms the navigation model, which can accomplish the integration of product, process, resource, organization, obligation etc. and the conjunction of the enterprise reference models and the application views.
