【Abstract】 Sharing knowledge among enterprises’ NPD people is an important way to improve enterprises’ knowledge management proficiency and competitive competence. By means of a mathematical model, the article makes a thorough analysis towards the sharing of the knowledge which influences NPD individual’s utility significantly.
