【Abstract】 The safety factor and test load problems of soil anchors are discussed based on the comparison between two codes which are Technical Specification for Retaining and Protection of Building Foundation Excavations (JGJ120—99) and Code for Technique of Building Foundation Pit Engineering (YB9258—97).According to the Code for Design and Construction of Soil Anchors (CECS22:90),appropriate safety factor and test load are recommended for the design of permanent soil anchors when using the technical specification issued by the Construction Ministry.更多还原
