招标阶段业主对指定分包的管理
Discussion about the Owner’s Management of the Nominated Subcontract at the Stage of the Tender Inviting
【摘要】 阐述了指定分包的概念,并结合工程管理实践,指出了业主在指定分包的前期操作中应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the concept of the "nominated subcontract", and then combining the practices of the project management it presents the problems needing the owner’s attention at the early stage of the nominated subcontract.
