【Abstract】 This paper mainly concerns about the challenges and strategies of our foreign project contracting companies and systematically analyses the advantages and disadvantages of two patterns of production and organization. In the light of the characteristics of our foreign project contracting companies, it points out the patterns which should be applied hence force. It discusses in detail that the electronic commerce is the effective strategy of the pattern of horizontal united production.
