【摘要】 目的　探讨多种因素与 2型糖尿病的关系。方法　对有糖尿病家族史的家系成员进行流行病学调查 ,采用多因素非条件 logistic回归模型分析 2型糖尿病的危险因素。结果　调查武汉市有糖尿病家族史的家系 4 2个 ,logistic回归分析发现高血压病史、年龄的增长、腰围、体重指数 (按贡献大小 )是 2型糖尿病的危险因素 ;较高的教育水平为其保护因素。结论　对有糖尿病家族史的人群 ,随着年龄的增长应特别注意其体重、腰围、血糖、血压水平变化 ,对其进行防治 ,以减少危险因素的聚集更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between several factors and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods An epidemiological survey was made in people with a family history of diabetes mellitus. A multivariate unconditional logistic regression model was employed to analyze the high risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results 42 ancestries from Wuhan with a family history of diabetes mellitus were surveyed. 5 risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus were identified and ranked according to contribution in the following order: history of hypertension, aging, waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI), while better education was found to be a protective factor. Conclusions With the growth of age, people with a family history of diabetes mellitus should pay more attention to the changes of body weight, WC, blood glucose and blood pressure and to their prevention and treatment so as to avoid the collection of risk factors.更多还原
