血吸虫病垸内型和洲岛型流行区居民接触疫水方式聚类分析

【摘要】 目的 对血吸虫病垸内型和洲岛型两类流行区居民接触疫水的方式进行分类。方法 采用队列随访调查的方法收集居民疫水暴露的情况 ,并用系统聚类法中样品聚类 (Q型 )进行聚类分析。结果 垸内型疫区疫水接触方式被划分为 4类 ,洗手脚、玩水、洗衣菜、其它、捕鱼虾、放鸭鹅、采莲藕和放牛为第一类 ;涉水、游泳和打草为第二类 ;犁地和下水田分别为第三类和第四类 ;洲岛型疫区疫水接触方式分为 5类 ,洗手脚、洗菜、打湖草和放鸭鹅合为第一类 ;放猪羊、其它、洗衣物和玩水合为第二类 ;下水田、游泳和捕鱼虾分别为第三、四、五类。结论 这种分类的方法比较符合实际 ,在生物学上的解释也较为合理 ,并使 Supp QI指标在问卷快速筛检血吸虫病高危人群中的应用变得简单可行

【Abstract】 Objective To classify the patterns of resident’s contacting infectious water in inner embankment subtype and island subtype for Schistosomiasis. Methods The data of resident’s contacting infectious water were collected with cohort study, and were analyzed by sample cluster analysis (Q type). Results In inner embankment subtype, the patterns of contacting infectious water were classified into 4 types. Washing hands and feet, playing water, washing clothes and food, others, fishing, herding ducks and geese, harvesting lotus roots and herding cattles were classified into the first category; paddling, swimming and getting grass were classified into the second category; plowing and working in paddy field were the third and fourth category, respectively. In island subtype, the patterns of contacting infectious water were classified into five types. Washing hands and feet, washing food, getting lake grass and herding ducks and geese were classified into the first category; herding pigs and sheep, others, washing clothes, playing water were classified into the second category; working in paddy field, swimming and fishing were the third, fourth and fifth category, respectively. Conclusions This kind of classification accorded with the actual and was reasonable on the hermeneutic of biology. It also provided the handy and the maneuverability for the SuppQI index applied in the quick screening for high risk population for schistosomiasis by questionnaire.
