【摘要】 目的　探讨吸烟与TCA治疗剂量、疗效和副作用的关系。方法　对 16 4例符合CCMD -2 -R诊断标准的抑郁症患者 ,用HAMD减分率评价临床有效性 ,用TESS分值评价安全性。对吸烟和不吸烟患者进行TCA治疗剂量、疗效和副作用的比较。结果　吸烟的抑郁症患者TCA日平均剂量显著高于不吸烟的患者 ,疗效显著差于不吸烟患者 ,副作用显著轻于不吸烟患者。结论　抑郁症患者TCA治疗期间少吸烟或不吸烟 ,可以减少TCA的剂量和提高疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of smoking on dosage,therapeutic and side effects of TCA in depressive patients. Methods 164 inpatients who met criteria of depression in CCMD-Ⅱ-R were evaluated by HAMD and TESS. The dosage,therapeutic efficacy and side effects of TCA in smoking patients were compared with nonsmoking patients. Results The effective dosage of TCA was higher in smoking patients than nonsmoking patients,the therapeutic efficancy of TCA was significantly better in nonsmoking patients than smoking patients, the side effect of TCA was significantly lighter in smoking patients than nonsmoking patients. Conclusions During treatment with TCA, smoking should be forbidden as far as possible in depressive patients. This procedure can decrease dosage of TCA and enhance the effect of TCA.更多还原
