轧制工艺参数对60Si2MnA钢静态再结晶影响的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for Effect of Rolling Process Parameters on Static Recrystallization of Spring Steel 60Si2MnA
【摘要】 利用有限元软件MARC AutoForge3 1并采用二维热力耦合的刚塑性有限元法,研究了轧制工艺参数对60Si2MnA弹簧钢静态再结晶的影响。模拟时考虑了工件与轧辊之间的接触热传导、工件的辐射对流散热以及工件的变形热,并对该热力过程进行了耦合计算,得到了在多种工艺条件下静态再结晶的规律以及静态再结晶量在变形截面上的分布情况。
【Abstract】 The twodimensional rigidplastic FEM was used in simulating the effect of rolling process parameters on the static recrystallization of 60Si2MnA with software MARC/AutoForge 31. The thermomechanical coupling analysis was conducted with the consideration of heat transfer between workpiece, roll and atmosphere, and the heat generated by plastic work and friction force. The static recrystallization laws under different processing conditions and the predicted distribution of static recrystallization volume fraction on the cross section of deformation zone were presented.
