【摘要】 针对"电弧炉+多功能转炉+VOD"三步法不锈钢冶炼工艺,以脱磷为主线,从冶金热力学的角度对流程中涉及的转炉前期去磷保铬这一重要工艺环节的可行性进行了系统的理论分析和计算。在此基础上,提出了强化冶炼和脱磷的工艺措施,从而为不锈钢冶炼全流程磷含量的控制及脱磷工艺优化提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the tristep method smelting process of stainless steel "electrical arc furnace+multifunction converter+VOD", and centering about dephosphorization, the theoretical analysis of the feasibility of related important link in process chain for dephosphorization and chromium conservation in the earlier stage of converter process was carried out based on metallurgical thermodynamics. At the same time, the measures of strengthening dephosphorization and smelting were given. Therefore, a theoretical basis was afforded for controlling phosphorus content and optimizing dephosphorization crafts during the whole stainless refining process.
