六辊冷连轧机张力超调成因的有限元分析
Analysing Reason for Excess Tension of Six-Roller Sheet Rolling Mill Using FEM
【摘要】 采用弹塑性大变形有限元法,从力学角度对六辊轧机的不同轧制工况进行了分析。通过考察各轧辊之间以及轧辊与轧件之间的摩擦力分布,找出了后两架轧机之间张力超调的原因,并采取了相应措施,使问题得到了解决。
【Abstract】 FEM of elasticplastic and large deformation is used to analyze various rolling processes of sixroller rolling mills in terms of mechanics. The reason for tension excess between the last two stands is found through the distribution of friction between contact rollers and between the working roll and sheet. The problem is solved by taking corresponding measures.
