干法、半干法(钙基)烟气脱硫技术研究进展及趋势

【摘要】 论述了用钙基吸着剂脱硫的干法、半干法烟气脱硫技术的最新进展和工业化应用现状 ,通过技术分析可以看出 ,无论干法还是半干法脱硫技术 ,都包括脱硫产物和飞灰的再循环利用 ;干态CaO应首先与水反应后生成溶液 ,才能与烟气中的SO2 充分进行反应 ,并分析了水在脱硫过程中的重要性。结合作者脱硫工程实践经验 ,论述了工业化过程中需要进一步注意和研究的关键问题。

【Abstract】 The up to date development of the dry and semi dry (calcium base) flue gas desulfurization technology and its present commercial application status were discussed. It involved the recycling use of the desulfurized product and the fly ash in either dry or semi dry technology through the analysis of the technology. Firstly, the dry CaO should be reacted with water to produce the solution, later it could be fully reacted with SO 2 in the flue gas. The importance of water in the process of the desulfurization was analyzed. The problem that needed farther attention in the industrialization and the key problem in the research were discussed combined with practice experience in the project.
