精密电压测量中自校正技术的研究
Study of Self Calibration in Precision Voltage Measurement
【摘要】 介绍了精密测量仪表中 ,对测量电路的非线性、温度漂移、时间漂移、暂稳态过程等引入的误差进行连续及定时校正的措施 ,通过指数曲线、时间序列分析及二次曲线的预测校正来减小定时校正的读数跳变 ,使测量精度主要取决于基准电压及测量电路的分辨率
【Abstract】 The nonlinearity,temperature drift,time drift,transient or stable state errors in the precision voltage measurement are self calibrated by time series analysis,linear or conic regress prediction,so the precision is only determined by the voltage references and the resolution of the measuring circuits.
