【摘要】 目的 通过观察中药活血通脉汤对ASO小鼠模型血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的影响,试图探讨ASO的发病机制以及中药的作用机理。方法 取小鼠30只,随机分为3组,对照组喂普通饲料,模型组和治疗组制备ASO动物模型。模型组和对照组应用0.9％NS0.2 ml/10 g;治疗组应用活血通脉汤水煎剂0.2 ml/10g。每日一次,每6日为一疗程,疗程结束后全部处死动物,检测血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量。结果活血通脉汤有明显的降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的影响的作用,治疗组与模型组相比有显著差异(P<0.01),与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 活血通脉汤能通过降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,有效的预防脂质在动脉内膜的沉积,从而起到治疗ASO的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the Effect of Wen Tong Tang Decoction on triglyceride and cholesterol in Arteriosclerosis Oblit-erans Mice Modle,in order to discuss the structure of treatment and the effect of traditional chinese medicine. Methods Every group included 30 mice, and these mice were divided into three parts in random. The mice in model group and treatment group were induced by special food and methods,and control group used general food,then the control group and model group used 0.9%NS0.2 ml/10 g,and treatment group used Huo Xue Tong Mai Tang Decoction. Finally,observed triglyceride and cholesterol. Results Huo Xue Tong Mai Tang Decoction could low the content of triglyceride and cholesterol. The total response rate between model groups and treatment group was obviously different, P <0. 01. Conclusion Through low the content of triglyceride and cholesterol, Huo Xue Tong Mai ’Fang Decoction was effective in the treatment of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans.更多还原
